rise up 在使用中除了 rise 单独使用的意思（“上升”）外，还通常用以描述下面三种现象：浮出表面（come to the surface）：The problem rose up at the end of the meeting.造反、起义（take part in a rebellion; renounce a former allegiance）：The farmers rose up against the landlord.（动物等）后腿支撑着站立起来。

应该是go up！riseup的意思是“已升起”，因为rise的本意就是“上升”，加up隐含完成意义。而goup的意思是“上升”，因为go只是表示动作，要加副词up, down等表示趋势、方向等！
